Note: You must read and agree to be bound by EXHIBIT A - Registration Agreement in order to use our online registration service. This is required by our contract with the Tucows OpenSRS registration system. Please pay attention to the registration requirments for the particular top-level-domain you want. It is your responsiblity to make sure that you meet any applicable eligibility requirements. This agreement was last updated on June 30th 2006. Note 2: If there is a dispute involving your domain name, the dispute resolution policy that applies to your top-level-domain will be used. In most cases (see EXHIBIT A above) that policy will be ICANN's Uniform Domain Dispute Policy ("UDRP"). Note 3: When you transfer your current domain to us, you are purchasing an additional year of domain registration and DNS service. You will not lose any remaining portion of your current registration. Domains that are "on hold" cannot be transferred. To be on the safe side, you should start the transfer process at least two weeks before the expiry of the domain. Also, the email address of the Admin Contact for the domain must be valid, and the Admin Contact must approve the transfer. Note 4: With increasing frequency, outside companies are making unsolicited offers directed towards our customers. It has been brought to our attention that these letters have been causing a great deal of confusion among our customers.
It is of the utmost importance that you ignore ALL communications regarding your domain name registrations except those sent directly from config.com , Inc..
