Tuscarawas County, Ohio - Tuscarawas Valley Ohio Communities Directory

Tuscarawas Valley Ohio Community Directory WebsiteThe Tuscarawas Valley Communities Directory of Tuscarawas county, Ohio was developed by our own Joe Rinehart and his wife Rose in partnership with Ken McGregor of the ArtArmory and using KentOhio.net and the Kent Visitors Guide as a model.

Ken and Joe have worked together since April of 1996 on the Kent, Ohio directory and are excited to their combined experience toward benefiting the Tuscarawas county, Ohio communities and the entire Tuscarawas Valley of Ohio region.

Although Joes mother has lived in Lawrence township in Tuscarawas county, Ohio since 1983, Joe and his family decided to move to Bolivar, Ohio in October 2010. Upon learning about the rich American history of the transportation & communications industries intersecting at his mothers property in Tuscarawas county, Ohio with the Greene-Ville treaty, Ohio - Erie canal, Lake Erie & Wheeling railroad, an ancient Indian trail (now Ohio State Route 212), Western Union telegraph (poles still standing), telephone, and modern fiber optic for cable Internet access, the Rinehart family moved when the opportunity presented itself after his mother and step-father retired to Florida.

Joe has served as the President of config.com, Inc. and Internet marketing E-commerce consultant since Jan 1994 since he regstered the domain config.com. Joe has been recognized by media as the author of the first commercial URL advertised in a computer magazine in 1993 to sell CD-ROM discs when CD-ROM technology was first invented.
