We are planning to move several servers from our existing Canal Park Akron Ohio Level 3 network facility to our offices in Ravenna, Portage County Ohio.
The move will occur starting at 3pm Wednesday August 27th 2008 and we do expect interuption of service that should last between 45 minutes and several hours depending on your service with us. We plan to work on our authentication and billing server first so there will be minimal interruption for most users.
We will do our best to get this behind us as soon as possible!
The reason for moving the servers back to our Ravenna, Ohio Portage county office and network facility is to plan for bandwidth growth since we've confirmed that Time-Warner business class services now have fiber optic lines available to our building. We hope to take advantage of this sooner than later and hope this will be the last network IP change long into the future ;)
