Mail server log rotation problem

I received a telephone call from Carl Erhardt who suggested the mail server was down. I promptly went ot the office and started to determine the cause of the issue. It turned out that when the server was upgrade in Oct 2008 the log file rotations got erased and caused the logs to grow daily. Upon deleting a 45GB log file, the problem was resolved.
