• Auto Attendant - let Auto Attendant answer your calls for you! Record your own menus and let callers decide for themselves where they want to go!
• Dial by name directory listing - Give your callers a choice to find anyone in your company by typing in the first few letters of the person's first or last name.
• Customized Music / Message on Hold - Choose what music you want your caller to hear and you can even record your own custom on-hold messages that let them know their call is important to you!
• VMX Locator - When callers reach your voicemail, you can give them the option to press a number and be forwarded to another number, or just leave a message.
• Blacklist capability - you can choose to have certain callers bypass your phone and go straight to voicemail so you never have to hear their call again!
• Call Queue
- rather than sending a caller to individual extensions (and then voicemail if they are busy), we can configure call queues for your VoIP system. This way your callers can be transferred to a call queue where they will wait and then automatically be transferred to the first available extension.
• Conference Bridge
-Setup a conference room bridge for multiple callers to join a large conference call on your system! Callers are individually announced as they enter the conference call. Limited only by the number of incoming lines you have, or use our larger conference room for a nominal charge!
• Day / Night Mode Override
-You can have two different recorded auto attendant messages play for your callers during business hours and after business hours. You can define when your business hours start and stop the system will automatically play the correct message!
